Job Description
The representative office of Foreign Company in Baku is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Manager.
It is important for us to build long-term cooperation with a punctual and purposeful employee.
Business tasks:
- Preparation of documents and presentations.
- Participation in meetings, keeping minutes of meetings, monitoring assigned tasks and deadlines for their completion.
- Working with tables in MS Excel.
- Maintaining a register of the library, documentation, art objects.
- Communication and working interaction with government officials, business partners, employees, contractors.
Schedule administration:
- Maintaining the manager's schedule and calendar.
- Planning meetings, trips, coordinating changes.
- Reminders for upcoming events (business meetings, birthdays, etc.).
Personal tasks:
- Coordination of everyday issues of the manager and his family members.
- Issues of health, sports, hobbies, personal finances.
- Organizing the delivery of letters, furniture, art objects.
- Organizing trips, booking transport, purchasing tickets.
Expectations from the candidate:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a personal assistant, secretary or concierge.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
- Higher education.
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
- Ability to store confidential information, diplomatic communication skills.
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Discipline and systematic approach to work.
