Responsibilities :

• Identifying and targeting potential clients and market segments.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads and create brand awareness.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Analyzing market trends and competition to inform decision-making.
• Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
• Assisting in the development of marketing materials and content.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs.
• Providing feedback to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
