Responsibilities :
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and market segments.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leads and create brand awareness.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyzing market trends and competition to inform decision-making.
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Assisting in the development of marketing materials and content.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs.
- Providing feedback to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
