Activities / Accountabilities:

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Assist to ERP project manager to track and follow up on workflow delays.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues;
  • Provision of end-user support in ERP software in accordance with standards, processes and procedures;
  • Handling timesheet system tracking and testing;
  • Creation, tracking and updating of the ticketing status;
  • Retrieve necessary information (e.g user/client requirements and relevant cases of the ERP system) to ensure continuous improvement and its proper implementation.
  • Assist to monitor time schedule and project deliverables Act as the point of contact for all participants
  • Process testing to identify technical bugs within business processes;
  • Implementation and supporting of ERP modules;
  • Liaison between JOCAP and third parties investigating and solving software problems, while development of product modification and mapping end users business requirements;

HSE Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System
  • Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
  • Know responsibilities to environmental issues in the work areas
  • Each employee at his level of responsibility must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task

As such his duties and areas of authority are:

  • Follow HSE instructions given by Managers and supervisory personnel
  • Assure of the safety of his work site before commencing work
  • Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger
  • Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
  • Use tools, equipment and their safeguards correctly
  • Use the provided means of personal protection correctly
  • Leave the workplace behind correct and orderly, upon job completion – enforce the Company Clean Desk policy
  • Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor
  • Participate actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills
  • Co-operate actively in the execution of the HSE plans

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
  • Computer skills Office programs, advanced level of MS Power Point and MS Excel , basic level of SAP
  • Solid organization and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English and Azerbaijani languages, Russian language recommended
  • BSc in Business/IT/Finance/Engineering
  • Recommended with 3 years of experience or above
