Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field required.
• At least 3 years of related experience. Experience in İT is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies;
• Advanced level of Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification may be beneficial
• Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mathematical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, oorganizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
• Analyzing market trends, reports, statistics, and relevant documentation.
• Reviewing current risk management policies and protocols and establish policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments, make recommendations and implements modifications and improvements.
• Recommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures.
• Reviews and analyzes metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
• Identifying potential operational risks for new products and services and providing the solutions
• Creating a risk map of the company's risks and implementing a continuous control process;
• Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
• Performs other duties as directed.
