Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Business Development and Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate the economic conditions surrounding business activity such as industry trends and competition;
• Develop a situation analysis including company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business;
• Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development;
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments;
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments;
• Coordinate marketing activities of Synergy Group OJSC and all subsidiary companies within the Group;
• Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients;
• To plan budget, order and control of availability on stock necessary marketing communication and promo  ) Preparation of presentations on marketing events and reports (plan of event, status, budget, survey of event results etc.) according to needs of department and Company requirements;
• Effective cooperation inside department and with other departments of Operational Companies;
• Work with documentation related to BD&M department, payment control ;

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position;
• Graduate from Marketing, Business Management, Economics or corresponding;
• Fluent in Azerbaijan, English and Russian;
• High level computer, communication and presentation skills;
