Job Location: PITS Azerbaijan Office located at AF Business House, 203 Nizami St, Baku 1010, Azerbaijan

Working Days and Hours: 40 hours/weekly, Mon-Fri, 11:00-20:00 Baku time

Agreement Type and Pay: Contractor of the US Office, 1000-1600 AZN net, will be offered considering the experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Management Specialist to join our team at our German office. As a Partnership Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong business relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential strategic partners aligned with our business objectives and target market in Germany.
  • Proactively approach potential partners, establish initial contact, and conduct negotiations to form mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive partnership strategy to maximize opportunities for collaboration and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Create compelling partnership proposals and presentations, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of collaborating with our organization.
  • Manage and maintain existing partner relationships, continuously exploring new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, track progress, and report on partnership outcomes to the management team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and market insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop joint marketing activities and campaigns to promote partnerships and achieve mutual marketing objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations related to partnerships and collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role in the German market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in German both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for driving successful partnerships.
