Sales Executive

Working Hours:

  •  Nine hours per day or 40 hours per week plus an hour break per day

Main duties:

  • Monitor the maintenance of guest satisfaction by all employees;
  • Ensuring mutual functioning of the hotel's values and guest expectations;
  • Formulation of sales goals for events, preparation of offers and contracts;
  • Preparation of an action plan for entertainment and events;
  • Establishing relations with guests and corporate clients;
  • Conducting sales discussions and correspondence;
  • Preparation of material for information and brochures and sending to corporate clients, guests;
  • Receiving, executing requests for events and coordinating information with relevant departments;
  • Checking the food and drink offers provided at the events;
  • Preparation of an effective PR plan;
  • Regular updating of information about the hotel in social media;
  • Implementation of interactive promotions;
  • Preparation of marketing action plans for the purpose of attracting customers for the fulfillment of sales targets
  • Develop and retain new business using identified market segments and business sources where possible.
  • Building relationships with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, print agencies, marketing and PR agencies, media representatives;

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year minimum related experience working within the hospitality industry is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English any additional language is preferable.
  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
  • Attention to detail
  • Innovative, pro-active and reliable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Opera PMS is preferable
