Position: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Candidate requirements:
- Previous work experience in the field of sale of stationery goods/office equipment (corporate, retail or wholesale) OR in any other sales field
- Higher education
- Good language skills (perfect Azeri and Russian and intermediate English)
- Communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to focus on detecting and meeting customer needs
- Presentation skills; ability to introduce the products/services in the best possible way
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Job Duties:
- Enlarge the existing customer pool, search new corporate customers
- Study customer needs ahead of time and be ready to timely meet them
- Be abreast of the new fields and companies arriving in Azerbaijan and inform the Sales Director accordingly
- Provide monthly sales report in time
- Study any newly arrived product and inform the clients accordingly
- Be the responsible person for debt collection; inform about any bad debts/customer problems immediately
- On a monthly basis visit client companies and conduct oral customer satisfaction survey to detect any shortcomings
