Position: Marketing Manager Laundry Home Care division
Reporting to: Business Unit manager of CAC 

Main Targets:

• Developing and executing marketing strategy of LHC  brands portfolio  in the Azerbaijan market
• Advertising & promoting LHC  portfolio to make them known & purchased by their target groups
• Managing and development of marketing  team ( including trade marketing specialist); and control of execution of delegated tasks/projects related to responsible areas &  categories
• Initiate, develop and align long terms portfolio strategy & initiatives relevant to local  needs& targets
• Deliver targeted NES & profit level of LHC  portfolio in CAC region
• Control the  planned execution of A&M budget ( Azerbaijan and CAC) 
• Managing  of Trade Marketing process& operations

Tasks:

Marketing strategy execution:
• Preparation of a yearly marketing plan & long term vision  for LHC portfolio in AZ
• Obtaining and analysis of all relevant market & competitive information concerning development company market shares & detergent segments trends
• Initiating and control all relevant consumer / market researches to support company platform and growth
• Building strong media & creative agencies network to deliver regional initiative execution and advertising support.
• Obtaining of relevant information and strategic advice from the agency
• Control of agency-related costs
Brand management
• Representation AZ & CAC brands and categories  towards the headquarters (IBM), keeping updates about brand developments and projects, and provide IBMs with all necessary data.
• Control NES, A&M cost and profits delivering by brands, making necessary adjustments in planning and performance to fulfill company targets.
• Control & Execute IBM & buy-outs costs related to AZ markets and tasks.
• Evaluation and preparation of recommendations regarding yearly initiative calendar & projects (re-launches, new products) in-line with overall company development strategy
• Managing competitive pricing strategy by brands to deliver NES&Profit company’s goals
• Control within marketing department design, adaptation, purchasing and placement of consumer advertising materials
Trade marketing
• Manage & Control initiative calendar execution via distribution trade channels
• Manage conceptual and strategic support of sales and brand management in trade activities in order to fulfill customers’/channels’ needs and ensure brand requirements in CAC regions
• Lead the process of development &execution the channel trade promotions to ensure they are effective driving by shopper and channel insights
• Control the financial impact of promotions and makes recommendations to modify current promotions or adjusts future promotional plans to improve ROI
• Manage& control POS development, production , execution
Others tasks
• Leverages departmental interrelationships (Sales, SBUs, Operations, manufacturing) to build reliable forecasts and timely initiatives starts in KZ & CAC countries
• Timely prepare required management reports; market analysis; customers presentation to fit organizational needs.
