Integrated Drilling and Well Services Management
SOCAR-AQS LLC is a fast growing, integrated drilling and well services provider. The company is expanding its activities in platform drilling offshore Azerbaijan.

The company is currently looking for highly-motivated, competent candidates, who display exemplary safety behaviour and the highest standards of work ethics, to fill the following vacancy:
Toolpusher
Key responsibilities:
Supervise all operations taking place on the drill floor and in areas under their control, ensuring that such operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with authorised Operating Procedures and Safety Policy;
Maintain daily drilling records including accurate and effective handovers;
Observe and monitor well conditions through drilling parameters. In the event of downhole problems, take appropriate action;
Ensure all equipment and resources are available to progress operations in the most efficient manner. Plan towards operations such that they can be carried out in a safe and efficient manner and contingency equipment and plans are accounted for.
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• Higher education in relevant area;
• At least three years of experience in relevant area;
• Well Control Certificates at Drilling Supervisor level;
• Ambition to succeed;
• Ability to learn quickly and develop continuously;
• Excellent problem solving capabilities;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
