The company is currently looking for highly motivated and experienced candidates to fill the vacant role of Capability Development and Knowledge Management Senior Specialist in our Talent Optimization Department within Human Capital Division.
The role is reposnsible for the implementation of planning, execution and administration of capability development and knowledge management strategy of the company under the supervision of line manager.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
• Creating Development Needs Analysis tools, forms and techniques;
• Collecting the results from HCBP and preparing initial report of DNAs;
• Identifying the interventions relevant for the needs stated in Consolidated Development Plan;
• Planning, arranging and monitoring the development actions and making necessary amendments;
• Creating impact evaluation forms, tools and processes;
• Designing, conducting and tracking development action satisfaction surveys;
• Administering and supporting Competency Assurance Program;
• Administering and supporting on LMS and CMS, coordination with vendors;
• Planning and administering Leadership Development Programs and evaluating results;
• Creating and rolling out knowledge management tools and practices, creating tools to identify tacit knowledge and knowledge retention and cycle;
• Coordinating corporate academy and trainers’ pool;
• Ensuring timely and quality data and reporting are available at all times;
• Training of all internal stakeholders on CDKM policies, procedures, processes and tools to ensure consistent implementation;
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
What you will need to be successful:
Experience:
o 5 years of human capital experience, out of which 3 years in learning, talent and capability development and knowledge management experience;
Education:
o Higher education; Bachelor, preferable degree in HR/Business/Social Sciences;
Skills/Abilities:
o Native Azerbaijani, fluent English;
o Excellent communication skills and assertiveness;
o Delegating tasks and giving feedback with development purpose;
o Teamworking, cooperation and collaboration attitude;
o Understanding and some experience with coaching and mentoring techniques;
o Understanding of business, organizational workflow and system thinking;
o Learning and development mindset towards self and others;
o “Can do” attitude, taking responsibilities and agile mindset, initiative personality;
o Positive attitude and friendly, collaborative personality;
o Solution and result-oriented.
