Sales support manager

Job Purpose:

To support the sales products and services, to represent company’s brand. To manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers 
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, with potential clients
  • Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements
  • Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the company to reach a favorable bargain for both parties
  • Development of business relationships with the already existing customers
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in event organization is the must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • 2-3 or more years of experience in sales 
  • Excellent verbal and written Azerbaijani and Russian, English is preferable;
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Understanding of Customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent product presentation preparation skills

  • Documentation in accordance with the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • 5-day working week.
