Sales Analyst, JTI Azerbaijan

Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is one of the leaders of global tobacco market and #1 in CIS + Region. JTI produces about 90 world-known cigarette brands including top-selling Winston, Camel and Mild Seven.

JTI Azerbaijan is opening the position of Sales Analyst, JTI Azerbaijan, based in Baku.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide detailed sales analysis in various aspects: customer sales, shipments, market and sales force state. Ensure that statistical data, analytical information and routine reporting are readily available and submitted on time for evaluation and control purposes;
• Assist in sales planning and forecasting;
• Ensure timely and accurate price monitoring from Markets, provide for comments and recommendations;
• Analysis of customer service programs and methods (RS, delivery projects, etc.);
• Perform other duties in line with position responsibility as required by direct manager.

Requirements:

• Education:  University degree. Preferably in Economics;
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a sales analyst in multinational FMCGs sector;
• Languages skills: fluency in Azeri and Russian, strong English;
• Computer Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (including but not limited to Excel, Access, Word and Power Point & Capabilities);
• Personal characteristics: Must be comfortable making presentations to groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Effectively interact with sales group and management teams.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
