Key Role:

The HR Specialist will execute daily administrative duties of the Human Resources (HR) department including document workflow, assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing 

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute daily works related to the Human Resources Department
  • To perform HR Induction, Setting up personnel files, new employees placement, database registration
  • Under general supervision conduct recruiting process with HR Manager, monitoring of CVs, coordinate interviewing process (to schedule meetings, book conference room and invite candidates for an interview).
  • Carrying out work related to promotions, terminations of employment
  • Preparation of documents related to leave, illness, and dismissal of the employee
  • Preparation of employment contracts and appendices to contracts
  • Work in gov portal such as EMAS and ISB
  • Preparation of documents and processing in relevant systems
  • Preparing official letters
  • Receipt and forwarding of employee applications
  • Maintenance of vacation spreadsheet, follow up; calculation additional leaves as per experience, filling in and registration of sick leave certificates

Required qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
  • Knowledge of the labor code
  • Skills to jointly manage multiple priority issues
  • Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving
  • Skilled Microsoft Office user
  • 1C experience is preferable
