Integrated Drilling and Well Services Management
SOCAR-AQS LLC is a fast growing, integrated drilling and well services provider. The company is expanding its activities in platform drilling on Shallow Water Guneshli (SWG) field offshore Azerbaijan.

The company is currently looking for highly-motivated, competent candidates, who display exemplary safety behaviour and the highest standards of work ethics, to fill the following vacancy:
Training coordinator
Key responsibilites:
• Identify and assess training needs within a Company
• Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs
• Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs
• Direct structured learning experiences
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities
• Conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills
• Assist in development of Competence Management System
• Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills
• Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness.
• Design apprenticeship programs
• Create monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios
• Create interactive, multimedia presentations
• Hold workshops as appropriate
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• Higher education
• At least three years of experience in relevant area; (oil and gas sector is preferable)
• Ambition to succeed;
• Ability to learn quickly and develop continuously;
• Excellent problem solving capabilities;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
