Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration and/or equivalent level of experience;
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask;
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Knowledge of general HR practices required;
Duties:
- Conducting orientation training for new employees in projects and monitoring their adaptation process;
- Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave);
- To support Department in preparation and coordination of recruitment procedure;
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization;
- Identifying training needs of employees and preparing training plans;
- Implementing other HR practices within the company;
- Preparing required Reports;
