Responsibilities:
- Receive MSRs from different functions such Operations, Maintenance, Retail, Finance, HR, Marketing, Admin etc.
- Process RFQs or organize tenders depending on type and scale of requested purchases, product or service
- Research local and international market to provide best overall value or lowest bid depending on requirement and budget
- Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business
- Re-negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend
- Review, prepare and manage procurement related document cycle
- Prepare needed monthly reports about purchases
- Stock control of routine and bulk purchases
- Organize payment documents and follow up with Finance
- Ensure compliance with policies/procedures governing bid or tender requirements
- Issue periodic reports and/or on request about progress of activities;
- Experience on buying marketing, promo, event and decoration purchases according to strict guidelines
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of procurement process and workflow
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is advantage
- Advanced use of MS Office programs
- Proactiveness and ability to work with multiple contexts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Time-management skills
