Requirements:

  • To be responsible for all marketing and communication activities and marketing plan.
  • To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
  • To maintain and update list of main press contacts and media representatives.
  • To initiate and coordinate all photo and films shootings in the hotel to ensure it strictly coincides with the hotel image and reputation.
  • Continuously generate and provide new information and new creative ideas for the improvement of Sales & Marketing function and promotions.
  • To continuously update press kits and have recent versions available in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani.
  • To coordinate cooperation with SMM agency and arrange necessary content
  • To be fully responsible of full administration for Hyatt Regency Baku Facebook, Instagram pages via SMM agency and Linked In. 
  • To work with related brands and sister properties on cross marketing campaigns with the seasonal product update.
  • To manage the content of business posts to social media
  • To develop strategies that drive customers to the website
  • To create paid campaigns on social media platforms
  • Create email blast campaigns to target key customers
  • To work on the OTA content for competitive selling via online channels
  • To conduct monthly report and analysis of SMM channels for further improvement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Professional presentations skills.
  • Must be creative and strategic in developing marketing/advertising. campaigns and be managing various social media platforms.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with computers as well as relevant programs.
