Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry, specifically with doctors. If you have experience in the insurance or pharma industry, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with doctors and healthcare providers
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Conduct demonstrations of our product to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay current with industry trends and market conditions
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, with a focus on healthcare, insurance, or pharma industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
