Requirements:

  • Good familiarity with process instrumentation, mechanical and hydraulic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to articulate complex topics and build rapport with prospects and stakeholders remotely.
  • Self-motivation and persistence in the face of rejection or adversity
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and on social media.
  • You are a great writer, speaker, and listener.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • Competency in ERP programs and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the products from variety partners worldwide, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
  • Develop the clients, partners and distributors list Interact with prospects via phone and email with a high attention to detail.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Maintaining client records
  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting strategy, including identifying customer pain points and addressing the value for the customer in your messaging.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Company schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
  • Salary – to be discussed upon interview.
