Distribution Manager

Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is one of the leaders of global tobacco market and #1 in CIS + Region. JTI produces about 90 world-known cigarette brands including top-selling Winston, Camel and Mild Seven.
JTI Azerbaijan is opening the position of Distribution Manager, JTI Azerbaijan, based in Baku.
Main responsibilities:
• Regular communication with the distribution sales teams. Establishment of trustworthy business relations with the distributor.
• Communicating and cascading the goals to the distributor sales teams.
• Target settings and joint strategic planning.
• Creating, coordinating, implementing, and analyzing projects to improve and enhance the efficiency of the sales force of the distributor across the country.
• Monitoring and evaluation of knowledge and skills of the distributor staff in order to determine needs in training. Ensuring the development and motivation of the distributor staff.
• Develop and communicate effectively with the team of Distribution Executives.
Requirements:
• Education: University degree;
• Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales department in multinational FMCGs sector;managerial experience is required;
• Languages skills: fluency in Azeri and Russian, strong English;
• Computer Proficiency: PC literacy: MS Office;
• Personal characteristics: ability to integrate into a team of professionals and to cooperate as a full member; travel, when necessary; ability to work under pressure.
