Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role;
  • Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on company’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites;
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers;
  • Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media;
  • Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs;
  • Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established;
  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent;
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at the company;
  • Attend career fairs and conferences to represent the Company and deepen the pool of potential candidates;
  • Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data.

Key requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • 5 + years of experience in a relevant field;
  • Fluency in Azeri and English. Knowledge of Russian is a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
