Your key responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Management of sales force team according to sales strategy and plan
- Analysis and diagnosis of territory
- Development and execution of marketing strategy
- Working out and implementation of social projects
- Submission of financial, sales, analytical and other relevant reports to Country manager
- Analyse information about competitor’s activity on territory
- Monitor changes in HC system, pharmaceutical market on territory
- Control expenses within agreed budget
- Work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, NNWay and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines
- Cross-functional planning and collaboration.
- Developing the product campaigns for advertising, sales force promotional materials, digital channels.
- Analysing market research to identify trends and assess the product’s competitive position; communicate product promotions and plans to the sales force.
- Ensure projects development and execution in Public segment.
- Maintaining and executing regular visit plan to target customers in coordination with the Sales force.
Qualifications:
- Higher Medical, Pharmaceutical or Business education.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in the top pharmaceutical companies (business development/marketing/sales), experience in hospital or tender Rx is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical/diabetes market situation is preferable
- Experienced MS Office user
- Strong abilities to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentational skills, analytical, constructive, and open-minded thinking
- Fluent Azerbaijan, English and Russian.
