Your key responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Management of sales force team according to sales strategy and plan
  • Analysis and diagnosis of territory
  • Development and execution of marketing strategy
  • Working out and implementation of social projects
  • Submission of financial, sales, analytical and other relevant reports to Country manager
  • Analyse information about competitor’s activity on territory
  • Monitor changes in HC system, pharmaceutical market on territory
  • Control expenses within agreed budget
  • Work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, NNWay and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines
  • Cross-functional planning and collaboration.
  • Developing the product campaigns for advertising, sales force promotional materials, digital channels.
  • Analysing market research to identify trends and assess the product’s competitive position; communicate product promotions and plans to the sales force.
  • Ensure projects development and execution in Public segment.
  • Maintaining and executing regular visit plan to target customers in coordination with the Sales force.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Medical, Pharmaceutical or Business education.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in the top pharmaceutical companies (business development/marketing/sales), experience in hospital or tender Rx is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the current pharmaceutical/diabetes market situation is preferable
  • Experienced MS Office user                      
  • Strong abilities to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentational skills, analytical, constructive, and open-minded thinking
  • Fluent Azerbaijan, English and Russian.
