The Job:

  • Your key area of responsibility will be to support with scheduling, meeting planning, meeting minutes, travel and other ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, your job tasks will include team building and staffing support, stakeholder management and communication with internal/external vendors etc. You will ensure that meetings and offsites are successfully planned and executed. 

We Expect You To:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience within administration.
  • Have university degree 
  • Have strong communicational skills.
  • Be driving administrative processes and budgeting.
  • Be IT savvy. You are highly skilled in MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
  • Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in Azerbaijan, English and Russian at business level.
  • Thrive with change and experimentation.

You hold the above-mentioned qualifications, and you perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills. It is an advantage if you have experience working with different agencies and possess personal skills.

You are confident when preparing meeting material, presentations and internal communication. You work independently and are used to think steps ahead of all others. To be successful in this position you must also be efficient with calendar- and meeting coordination, be great with people and easy to approach.

On a personal level, you are curious, well organised and a proactive problem solver. Last but not least, you manage to commit yourself at all levels of the organisation and take pride in maintaining the confidentiality that is a given nature of the position.
