Job responsibilities are as follow:

Providing with MRO procurement services
Receiving RFPs from customer, modifying, analyzing and sending to appropriate vendors and manufacturers
Analyzing the oil- gas equipment market. Finding out the most competitive prices in the world market
Contributes to overall client satisfaction through delivery of multiple and complex spend management initiatives and prompt resolution of customer issues
Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
Reviewing technical specifications for equipment and materials
Evaluation and clarification of commercial and technical offers from vendors
Preparing of Quotations, Purchase orders, Order Acknowledgments
Expediting order delivery dates with vendors and inform customers on any progress

Salary: 1200-1500 AZN net
