- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Maintain current HR files and databases;
- Create and maintain personal files of new employees;
- Control, update personal files of employees and ensure accurate maintenance of all employees records and files;
- Preform duties related with e-government;
- Conduct termination process of employees;
- Perform a variety of other support duties with HR team;
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely am; resolution to their queries.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related profession;
- Relevant experience in Human Resources field as a HR Assistant or HR Intern;
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
- Good knowledge of Labor Code of Azerbaijan;
- Language skills: Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian languages are preferable;
- The ability to focus on details and multitasking;
- Effective teamwork skills;
- Time management skills, the ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
