OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS FIELD SUBSEA PROCESS AND FACILITIES ENGINEER, ENGINEERING MANAGER

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

ROLE

Client Representative (owner’s engineer) to oversee and supervise engineering and project delivery activities of contractors throughout all stages of project conception, development and execution.

Qualifications/Experience required to be displayed by a successful candidate:
 
• No less than 5 years of hands-on industry experience in major projects and/or operations, or maintenance in the Upstream Industry or Refineries.
• Demonstrable track record of leading, or participating, in projects or operations/maintenance activities.
• Preferable track record in engineering manager position (ГИП - Главный Инженер Проектов)
• Competency and/or knowledge in all critical elements of oil and gas field design development – process, electrical, mechanical, flow assurance etc.
• Excellent command of English is essential.
• Leadership and coaching skills, skills of a team-player, communicator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering function in a multidiscipline team responsible for upstream project activities, with focus to subsea facilities.
• Supervise, review and recommend stage gate documentation in all aspect of projects delivery, operations activities, reliability and maintenance activities.
• Develop and drive project control and assurance system as relates to the engineering activities and track-record of engineering robustness during operation
• Provide assurance to the risk assessment methodologies and qualitative-quantitative risk assessments exercised by contractors in the performance of project or operations activities.
• Activities to supervise and assure delivery will include crude oil and gas treatment, processing, stabilization and evacuation, in the HSE compliant manner.
• Coordinate and integrate engineering function performance with other elements of upstream delivery team – reservoir engineering, drilling, logistics etc.
• Lead, mentor, assure professional development of small team of engineers as required by business needs.
• Champion HSE excellence culture.
