Main requirements for the position:
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages
- Russian language (additional preference)
- Good swimming skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work as an instructor in the pool
- Military service (completed or unfit for service)
We do provide:

- Working hours 8:00-16:30, Mon-Fri
- Overtime payment for working on weekends (if required)
- Starting salary 1200 AZN net, with following increase to AZN 1500 after 3 months’ probation and based on performance at the completion of probation period.
- Starting salary may be higher if candidate has HSE and training delivery experience.
We are seeking an instructor delivering classroom and practical training in the pool. We do not require an HSE experience and higher education, however if there is a candidate possessing HSE experience and training delivery experience this will be an additional advantage for him / her. Any person employed as safety training Instructor will go through training and development process to become a competent training instructor with training plan agreed at the start of employment.
