Key Areas of Responsibility:

Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality:

  • Carry out work activities in accordance with all HSEQ requirements and procedures
  • Conduct yourself in a safe manner and in a manner to protect the safety of others
  • Carry out personal risk assessments and any other health and safety requirements to ensure personal safety

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties (answering phone, receiving and logging incoming letters, copying and scanning documents), receiving visitors.
  • Client invoicing and credit control
  • Provide support to Management Team.
  • Scanning, copying and filing confidential documentation;
  • Supplier Invoice Logging for processing by Accountant.
  • Purchase order preparation and tracking.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of Offshore Survival, BP Driver and First Aid Training  Database.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of staff medical certificates.
  • Arranging flight tickets and TRP processing.
  • Company First Aid Kits Checking and Replenishing.
  • Procurement of various office supplies.
  • Filing in various databases and preparing reports based on those databases;

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a fire and safety field within the oil and gas industry.
  • Previous experience in various databases and reports

Previous experience in procurement and/ or sales:

Skills:

  • Ability to operate and understand various databases
  • Advanced Azerbaijani and English Work in a team
  • Timely completion of project deadline and capacity to work under pressure.
