Responsibilities:

  • Work with departments to determine staffing needs
  • Design and implement overall recruitment strategy
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Coordinate interviews with the HR and Business managers
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
  • Follows up on recruitment process status
  • Manages the offer and onboarding processes
  • Stays on the top of the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Conducts exit interviews 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Recruitment strategies
  • Ability to manage data and reporting

Education: Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social sciences
Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
