Junior HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging all personnal related documents of employees and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of Labor Code
  • Implementation of HR policies and overseeing employee attendance
  • Serve as a point of contact for administrators and employees
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations based on Labor Code of Azerbaijan
  • Assistance on recruitment process; (the interviews and selection process)
  • Recruitment and termination of the employees in E-gov.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree 
  • At least 1 years of experience in related fields
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Excellent use of Excel and Word 
  • Strong communication and management skills

Terms and Conditions:

  • Work hours: 9:00-18:00
  • Salary: 500 Azn
