Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel services, room types, promotions, and discounts.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Answer phone calls and liaise with other departments as necessary.
  • Manage the reservation system, allocate rooms, and update guest information.
  • Prepare daily reports and manage cash transactions.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Computer skills, particularly in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
  • Must be calm, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well within a team.
