Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, room types, promotions, and discounts.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Answer phone calls and liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Manage the reservation system, allocate rooms, and update guest information.
- Prepare daily reports and manage cash transactions.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Computer skills, particularly in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
- Must be calm, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well within a team.
