Position: Marketing communications specialist
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Baku
Work days; Hours: Monday-Friday; 10:00 - 17:00 pm
Term of employment:  long-term, first 3 months paid probation

Responsibilities:

 Manage communication activities: develop strategies, concepts and tactics for marketing, advertising, PR and promotional initiatives
 Support customer retention and sales increase
 Provide marketing support for client organizations
 Preparing required documents within the projects
 Working out recommendations
 Prepare presentation and communication materials
 Ensure brand integrity and corporate image is maintained
 Track and analyze marketing campaign and PR results
 Develop media plans/schedules (social media campaigns included)
 Communication with clients

Core competencies:

 Higher education (priority is given to marketing, PR , journalism or related discipline)
 2 years of experience in marketing or PR field
 Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (graphic design is desired)
 Effective communication skills in Azeri, English, Russian
 Sharp writing skills
 Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
 Strong time management skill - ability to manage  multiple projects concurrently
 Experience with social media
