Position: Marketing communications specialist
Reports to: Executive Director
Location: Baku
Work days; Hours: Monday-Friday; 10:00 - 17:00 pm
Term of employment: long-term, first 3 months paid probation
Responsibilities:
Manage communication activities: develop strategies, concepts and tactics for marketing, advertising, PR and promotional initiatives
Support customer retention and sales increase
Provide marketing support for client organizations
Preparing required documents within the projects
Working out recommendations
Prepare presentation and communication materials
Ensure brand integrity and corporate image is maintained
Track and analyze marketing campaign and PR results
Develop media plans/schedules (social media campaigns included)
Communication with clients
Core competencies:
Higher education (priority is given to marketing, PR , journalism or related discipline)
2 years of experience in marketing or PR field
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (graphic design is desired)
Effective communication skills in Azeri, English, Russian
Sharp writing skills
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skill - ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Experience with social media
