Responsibilities:
- Project planning and management
- Communication with clients - reporting clients about the process of project implementation
- Designing appropriate quantitative measures and instruments
- Preparing required documents within the project
- Ensuring fieldwork is completed effectively
- Statistical Analysis of quantitative Data
- Writing final analytical report
- Presentation of research results
- Working out recommendations
- Communication with head office
Core competencies:
- higher education (priority is given to marketing, psychology, sociology, economics, statistics)
- 3 years of experience in research or marketing field
- knowledge of basic mathematics
- proficiency in Microsoft office programs and SPSS
- good written and communication skills in English, Russian and Azeri
- effective written and oral communication skills
- proven organizational and interpersonal skills
- strong time management skill - ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
