Quantitative Research Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project planning and management 
• Communication with clients - reporting clients about the process of project implementation
• Designing appropriate quantitative measures and instruments
• Preparing required documents within the project
• Ensuring fieldwork is completed effectively
• Statistical Analysis of quantitative Data
• Writing final analytical report 
• Presentation of research results
• Working out recommendations
• Communication with head office

Core competencies: 

• higher education (priority is given to marketing, psychology, sociology, economics, statistics)
• 3 years of experience in research or marketing field
• knowledge of basic mathematics
• proficiency in Microsoft office programs and SPSS
• good written and communication skills in English, Russian and Azeri
• effective written and oral communication skills
• proven organizational and interpersonal skills
• strong time management skill - ability to manage  multiple projects concurrently
