Position: Quantitative Research Project Manager
Location: Baku
Work days; Hours:Monday-Friday; 10:00 am - 19:00 pm
Term of employment: long-term
Responsibilities:
Project planning and management
Communication with clients-reporting clients about the process of project implementation
designing appropriate quantitative measures and instruments
Preparing required documents within the project
ensuring fieldwork is completed effectively
Statistical Analysis of quantitative Data
Writing final analytical report
Presentation of research results
Working out recommendations
Communication with head office
Core competencies:
Higher education (priority is given to marketing, psychology, sociology,economics, statistics)
3 years of experience
knowledge of basic mathematics
proficiency in Microsoft office programs and SPSS
good written and communication skills in English and Azeri
effective written and oral communication skills
Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skill- ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
