JOB TITLE Operation and Maintenance Supervisor

DIVISION Project Management Department
REPORTS TO: Operation and Maintenance Manager

PURPOSE
 (General & Strategic goal to be reached by this position) Controlling and supervising the Operation and Maintenance activities of operation system at Off-shore project site, preparing daily reports regarding to performance figures of operation system and maintenance planning.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN

(Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management) 

• Organizing and following up the routine maintenance schedules
• Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate
• Carrying out quality inspections at operation site in accordance with the operation instructions of system
• Informing immediately the Operation and Maintenance Manager regarding to equipment breakdowns
• Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed
• Keeping Operation and Maintenance Manager informed of progress
• Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance.
• Notify supervisor or computer maintenance technicians of equipment malfunctions.
• To manage a team of assistant engineers to provide support, problem solving and root cause identification to daily operation
• To be accountable for the safety, quality, and cost of service applicable to processes.

SECONDARY
 (Secondary tasks & duties could be assigned additional to main tasks & duties) 

• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
• Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments
• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule
• Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Type & Level Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or quality related field is preferred
Specific Professional Competencies Good knowledge process instruments and operations system of turbine and compressor stations
Good knowledge of IT systems on LAN, Service and Application of PLC System
Language Skills: Language & Levels Azeri, English
Computer Knowledge & Skills Microsoft Office Programs,
Work Experience: Area & Length 5 to 7 Years of Work Experience in Operation and Maintenance Management Services
Personal Skills Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure at offshore site

• Communication skills  / An understanding of engineering drawings and principles
• The ability to work quickly and under pressure / The ability to manage a varied workload
