Key Responsibilities:

Production Engineer shall ensure the followings:

• Provide required recommendations in Production optimization, - this shall include the following (but not only): 
• Detailed tracking Hydrocarbon (Oil & Gas) Production indicators, capturing any/some unexpected considerable changes for the purposes to avoid (or minimize) their negative impact on Field Production Performance.
• Detailed tracking of Water Injection (Utilization) indicators and capturing any/some unexpected considerable changes for the purposes to avoid (or minimize) their negative impact on Field Production Performance.
• Participation in the Developing & Tracking of Well Testing Program to ensure that all Wells regularly & properly tested and obtained Well Test data within the expected range.
• Controlling Wells Production methodology and considering options for using various Production methods for optimization of Wells Production Performance.
• Controlling Well Production parameters (Such as Flowrate, Wellhead Pressure or Temperature, etc) and providing recommendations for their optimization.
• Controlling Production Wells conditions (For instance Static & Dynamic Levels, etc.) and providing recommendations for selection of most optimized Production regime.
• In close cooperation with Workover Team, participation on Wells maintenance’s planning.
• Control that Production related Documentations (including Drawings, Procedures, Certificates, etc.) are available, up to date, and accessible for use in Company.
• Provide required supports in dealing with Vendors & Contractors, etc. on any Production related matters, - that includes (but not only) submission of comprehensive & detailed State of Requirements (SOR), the Third parties Documentations (including Contracts) review & commenting (from Process Engineering point of view), etc. 
• Provide Engineering inputs in Production related equipment/materials purchase via participation in the technical evaluation stage of the procurement process.

Shall support all Brown Field & Green Field potential projects via providing Engineering inputs in Production Engineering subjects on setting up the State of Requirement, reviewing & accepting Base of new Design, participating in all required Risk Assessments processes (HazOp, HazId, EnvId, etc.).

Requirements:

• University degree in any Oil & Gas Production Engineering related subject.
• Languages: Azeri, Russian & English 
• Computer Skills, - Mycroft Office, - the capability to work in some specific planning software (such as SAP or Sun)

Preferred: 

• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil Industry in the Operation Engineer (or similar) position.
• Proven Experience in working Oil Producing Fields are being under the 2nd & 3rd (Enhanced Oil Recovery) stages of the development process.
