Process Engineer

Process Engineer shall ensure the followings:

• Keep close cooperation with Company to ensure that optimized values from a Process Engineering point of view are under continuous improvement.
• Provide required recommendations for Process Engineering optimization, - this shall include the followings (but not only): 
• Hydrocarbon treatment process
• Various forms of chemical injection
• Utility Equipment that functions are carried out on the base of various processes, - such as Heaters, Dryers, RO units, Filters, etc.
• Corrosion Issues
• And Others
• Control that Process related Documentation (including Drawings, Procedures, Certificates, etc.) are available, up to date, and accessible for use in the Company.
• Provide that best Oil Process Engineering practices are shared within Company.
• Provide required supports in dealing with Vendors & Contractors, etc. on any Process related matters, - that includes (but not only) submission of comprehensive & detailed State of Requirements (SOR), the Third parties Documentations (including Contracts) review & commenting (from Process Engineering point of view), etc. 
• Provide the required support to management in achieving the most efficient Work Control, Emergency Response, Management of Change (MOC), etc. system’s set up & implementation.
• Provide Engineering inputs in Process related equipment/materials purchase via participation in the technical evaluation stage of the procurement process.
• Support all Brown Field & Green Field potential projects via providing Engineering inputs in Process Engineering subjects on setting up the State of Requirement, reviewing & accepting Base of new Design, participating in all required Risk Assessments processes (HazOp, HazId, EnvId, etc.).

Requirements:

• University degree in any Oil Process Engineering related subject.
• Languages: Azeri, Russian & English 
• Computer Skills, - Mycroft Office, - the capability to work in some specific planning software (such as SAP or Sun)

Preferred: 

• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil Industry in Process Engineer (or similar) position.
• Proven Experience in working Oil Producing Fields are being under the 2nd & 3rd (Enhanced Oil Recovery) stages of the development process.
