Job Duties:

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Implementing methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports, forecasts and budgets
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance
  • Provide insight on cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities
  • Sensitivity analysis of the projects and modelling in different scenarios

Requirement and skills:

  • Business awareness
  • An analytical approach
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good time management
  • Potential to lead up to 10 employees
  • Bachelor and Master degree in finance or finance related majors 
  • Good knowledge in consolidation and corporate finance
  • ACCA SBR, AFM exam and CFA level 1 is an advantage
  • Min. 4 years of work experience focused on construction and production
  • External audit experience is preferable

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00, 5 working days a week.
