Job Duties:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Implementing methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports, forecasts and budgets
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance
- Provide insight on cost-savings initiatives and margin opportunities
- Sensitivity analysis of the projects and modelling in different scenarios
Requirement and skills:
- Business awareness
- An analytical approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Potential to lead up to 10 employees
- Bachelor and Master degree in finance or finance related majors
- Good knowledge in consolidation and corporate finance
- ACCA SBR, AFM exam and CFA level 1 is an advantage
- Min. 4 years of work experience focused on construction and production
- External audit experience is preferable

- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00, 5 working days a week.
