Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to coordinate logistics including hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Work closely with guides to review all itinerary details and ensure all necessary resources are prepared before departure.
- Communicate timely updates and changes to guides, drivers, and hotels to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle the preparation of visas for group members.
- Support the Director in managing operational issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Russian(OR Chinese) is a MUST.
Skills and Attributes:
- No Experience requirement, attach your previous project/work if you do not have related experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for the travel industry and a keen interest in participating in travel-related businesses.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
