Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong communications with hotels, restaurants, and other service providers in the Caucasus region.
  • Assist Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure the best rates and service quality for our clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for expanding our service offerings in the region.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and communications with service providers.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing numbers and dates accurately.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operations management software.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Caucasus region as needed.
