Borusan Makina, one of the Borusan Group companies, has been selling Caterpillar equipments, generators, spare parts and service, that are used in industries such as construction, mining, agriculture, oil and gas since 1997.

POSITION: Sales & Marketing Specialist


RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Sales & Marketing Specialist working with Borusan Group Ethical Standards and Principles, is primarily responsible for Developing marketing activities based on set strategies by Sales Divisions to maximize brand awareness of BMA and its suppliers in the territories of representation within the corporate identity guidelines of these entities.


PRINCIPLE  ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION:

1 Major responsibilities:
• Proposing , getting approval and implement marketing strategies aligned with BMA Divisions targets 
• Preparing monthly Lost & Won Sales report which are reported to Sales Manager
• Planning marketing activities paralleling with segmental marketing strategies, economical parameters of the market & segments and suppliers proposals.
• Organizing participation to domestic exhibitions & trade shows , inbound and outbound customer trips and  seminars/trainings dedicated to internal and external purposes/needs.
• Coordinating and cooperating P&R and advertising agencies in production of printed and digital audio-visual  materials like  product brochures, promotion materials , video and CD/DVDs at demanded quantities  consulting with Division Managers and their Sales Team.
• To organize internal and external communication  carriying out PR organization like publishment of BMA news in the printed and broadcasted media groups , establishing relations with media groups.
• Controlling Call Center implementation when CRM processes are established.
• Establishing BMA website, updating it and coordinating answering questions coming from website visitors.
• Auditing and controlling the Borusan  and Suppliers’ corporate  identity principles conformity in all activities.
• Organizing new year promotion materials (BMA notebooks, calendars, gifts ,etc.) production and distributing to the head office divisions & departments , to the branches and to the customers.
• Being in charge of sales marketing intelligence and support Sales activity in terms of CRM Sales funnels.
• Collecting, analysing and providing  information about competetors, sales strategy and value propositions (product divide cost)

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• University degree; Marketing, PR , Business Administration
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong reporting, e-mailing and presentation skills
• Good negotiation skills & Self motivation
• English (upper intermediate) and Russian
• Strong computer skills
• Good time management skills.
• 2+ years of Sale and Marketing experience.
