Main areas of rexponsibility:

  • Ensure proper operation of Company’s car fleet via car fleet budget planning, control full documentation flow related to car fleet as contracts, invoices & register all transactions in SAP
  • Ensure technical inspection, maintenance service, audit conduction on constant basis
  • Ensure proper conduction of vehicle purchase & selling processes, followed with vehicles registration, vehicles evaluation conduction, conduction of lottery (if needed)
  • Fill and control fuel usage via mileage; ensure parking; washing and insurance of company’s car fleet.  Track police fines, report RTA
  • Conduct EHS activities (organize internal driving assessment, conduct training on Safety driving measures and programs, check office environment and safety standards, provide EHS reports)
  • Lead full administration process within the office: arrange office supply, monitor budget. Lead process with office premises contracts registration and control costs of utilities. Conduct proper documentation flow


  • University degree preferably in technical direction
  • 2 years of experience in Carfleet and EHS directions
  • Desire to work in international company
  • Good level of analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and good English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving license – 3 years
