Job Description:
- Processing of documents related to purchases in the system
- Maintain development of documents for payments and submission to the department
- Collection and processing of information on the choice of supplier (o additional repair, construction work)
- Pricing analysis, researching results, tracking and determining decisions
- Development and coordination of procurement contracts
- Receive and collect inquiries from relevant departments
- Supervision and follow-up of execution by suppliers
- Execution of purchases in accordance with inquiries, orders
- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies

- Maintaine excellent communication with all stakeholders
