 Role, duties and responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to prepare profit and loss accounts sheets
- Provide assistance to prepare financial statements according to company policies
- Processing payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company procedures.
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills and etc.
- Prepare period end journals for prepayments, accruals, commission payments and etc.
- Perform journal entries as per established and statutory accounting standards.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

Common Requirements:

- High school diploma in Accounting or related field preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in using Excel and other accounting software
- Accounting qualifications and certifications is preferred (ACCA F3 level)
- Minimum 1 years practical experience in related field.
- Fluent in Azeri, intermediate level of Russian and English.
