Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and selection of staff:
- Working with the database of candidates, creating a staff reserve
- Placement of vacancies, search for resumes in Internet sources according to job profiles
- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, closing vacancies on time
2. Adaptation of staff:
- Monitoring and control of onboarding process and probation period of employees
- Welcome trainings
3. Active work related to maintaining the corporate spirit and culture of the company
- Corporate events and activities aimed at maintaining and strengthening the corporate culture
- Proposal and elaboration of ideas with their further implementation to increase the involvement of the young team
4. Performance appraisal

Requirements:
1. Higher education
2. Work experience in a similar position at least 3 years
3. Proficiency in Russian. English at Intermediate level
4. Developed communication skills, high efficiency, analytical mindset, high level of self-organization, ability to work in multitasking mode.
5. Desire to develop and grow in the HR field
