EPS Project technical data:
o 152Mscf/d of gas, 12kbbl/d of condensate; production from 1 subsea well, 34km multiphase flowline, dedicated new platform installed at Oil Rocks field (operated by SOCAR); WHSIP = 555bar, WHFP = 380bar.
o Servers and IT/Telecom equipment in Baku main office ,Oil Rocks Control room, Platform and other Company IT facilities
o CWE Collaborative Working Environment (Smart Room) in Baku main Office with real time links with Oil Rocks CCR
o JOCAP system is based on Active Directory, Mail System (domain jocap.az), File Print system, etc...Workstations with Windows 7/10, Wi-Fi access for JOCAP and Visitors, etc.
o Approximately 110 clients in Baku, 15 clients in Oil Rocks
Multicultural context with documents in different languages, mainly Azeri or English.
ACTIVITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holder main responsibilities during the Project phase are to assists the Production and Smart Room Manager in:
- the follow-up of engineering and technical developments of the Project;
- Ensuring the Readiness for the start-up of the EPS facilities (Process, procedures, tools, etc.)
- Follow-up of the Management of Change control for the project.
- Ensuring the Readiness of the smart room and associated tools (Production reporting, NPDMS, etc.)
- Follow-up of production chemistry activities
- Provide technical support during the commissioning and start-up phases (Offshore trip and missions to be considered)
The job holder main responsibilities after Start-up are:
- The follow-up of Chemicals supply chain and injection efficiency;
- Establishment of production reporting, gas nominations and shortfall analysis.
- Plant monitoring in liaison with the site (daily process monitoring, action plans, long-term inhibitions and isolations review, etc.)
On top, the job holder is accountable for the maintenance of the Field Operations Management System (procedures and tools).
The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System
- Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
- Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task
- Assure of the safety of his work site
- Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
- Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Level / Diploma: Master degree in Engineering
- Professional Experience: more than 5 years of experience in Operations of oil & gas facilities including operational positions on offshore sites.
- knowledge of :
- Flow Assurance and Production Chemistry
- Operations of Offshore Oil and Gas facilities
- Other required Competencies:
Process, Well Performance, use of IT tools.
