Duties:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned corporate customers
- Maintain business relations with customers to timely escalate and resolve customer requests internally
- Increase revenue from assigned corporate customers through actively offering additional services
- Responsible for customer loyalty and retention
- Keep customer records and update Customer Relationship Management data
- Develop and present customer analytics and businesses increase forecasts
Candidate Requirements:
- At least two-year experience in corporate customer service or sales (preferably in telecommunications, technology, banking, insurance or automotive)
- Strong business and interpersonal communication stills
- Native level written and spoken Azerbaijani language
- Proficient level of spoken Russian language
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Motivation to learn and develop professionally
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Post-secondary education
- Education abroad is highly valued
- Working-level knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Driver’s License
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Salary: 800 AZN
- Mobile Phone Allowance: 50 AZN
