Overall Job Objective:

Retail Specialist is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of in store management.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Create merchandising solutions for business needs collaborating with product marketing leaders and marketing team.
• Responsible for Samsung’s retail initiatives across all partner retailers of Azerbaijan office;
• Execute display/merchandising including maintenance plan;
• Partner with Marketing Managers to leverage brand/product campaigns and insights at POS;
• Participation in selection and management of all the 3rd party retail vendor implementation;
• Provide regular reporting on budgets, timetables and progress of each activities;
• Work with retail partners to fix high visibility spots for the brand in the store as well as regular monitoring to find an area of improvement in terms of visibility;
• Build communication with regional HQ to support with order placement of the required materials
• Ensure timely and accurate evidence collection and report preparation for project closing

Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of Consumer Electronics;
• Min 2 years of experience, preferable in Retail/store management;
• Solid production and logistics knowledge;
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
