The appropriate candidate for us should have:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or another similar field;
- More than 4 years of experience in the field of Human Resources;
- Knowledge of human resource management functions and procedures;
- Knowledge of AR labor legislation;
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
- Ability to work under pressure and with a flexible work schedule;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Professional ability to resolve conflicts.

Key Accountabilities:

- Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Conducting the performance management system in order to reduce company targets to individual targets.
- Implementing effective training and development plans in order to increase productivity by developing personal development.
- Handling payroll and personnel affairs processes.
- Ensuring occupational health and safety.
- Carrying out administrative affairs.
- Managing internal communication campaigns.
- Updating the Human Resources procedures and documents in order to keep the company‘s global Human Resources processes up to date.
- Applying efficient practices in order to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Working on the improvement of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs processes.

Additional information:

- Salary will be agreed during the interview within the existing grading system;
- Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- The place of work is located in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
